His legacy extended well past the titles that he held. Joe is someone that every culture needs, a tireless champion of what is right. He became a role model, coach and mentor for a multitude of employees over the years that solidified our culture in the deepest ways. Joe is a talented teacher and inspires others to adopt the best practices of leadership, management, relationship building, influence, lean manufacturing, and many other important business concepts. His grasp of the concepts are impressive in their scope.

Joe is a man of great integrity. He is a mindful, prestigious, talented leader and inspires others to be remarkable, top performers that deliver results. As a mentor and coach, he is one of the best. He is always prepared, empathic and true. His experience is sought out by many, including those he reported to. He continually looks for new ideas to learn and teach others. He wants success for a company, himself and the employees.

When I reflect upon the leaders & coaches I have known in my career, I cannot have that reflection without thinking about Joe and the positive impact he has had on me in the more than 10 years we have worked together. There have been few people in my life who have poured more into my personal and professional development than Joe. He has a unique ability to listen to a problem, provide valuable direction and then challenge the person or the team to continually get better every day. I would not be where I am today without Joe’s influence on my life and I consider myself incredibly lucky that he chose to spend time with me to help make me a better leader and a better person. People, process, efficiency, results, etc. Wherever Joe focuses his efforts, there is always an improvement. Any project, team or objective is better when Joe is a part of it.
